There are unique bioactive implants being used in The BioBase® Registry.

HAnano
HAnano Surface is a 20 nanometer thin implant surface modification composed of crystalline hydroxyapatite (HA) particles that through shape, compostion, and structure mimic human bone tissue. HAnano Surface is used clinically and has proven to significantly accelerate and enhance osseointegration of Implants.1,2

HAcancellous® PEEK
HAcancellous PEEK material contains porous layers on the implant that utilize Pore Matrix Technology, a geometry that, unlike smooth PEEK, is designed to mimic anatomical cancellous bone, with interconnected spherical pores. The surface porosity is designed to promote cell signaling, on-growth, in-growth, and fusion

HA PEEK
Hydroxyapatite PEEK (HA PEEK) is a composite material of 80% PEEK and 20% hydroxyapatite
integration. With zero coatings or laminate, structural and mechanical properties of PEEK combined
with the osteoconductive properties of HA makes it an ideal material for interbody fusion.
